All items listed in the SPACETIME store are in stock (unless clearly stated) and will be dispatched within two working days of order placement.
In the event that an item goes out of stock while an order is being placed, you will be contacted and offered a full refund.
If any goods are damaged in transit then we must be advised within two days of receipt. Damaged goods must then be returned within ten working days, upon which a replacement item will be supplied if available. If the damaged item is out or stock or no longer available then a SpaceTime credit voucher will be issued to the value of the item.
SpaceTime will not cover the cost of returning faulty items.
Delivery will be by Australia Post, Australia Post Registered Mail, Express Post or TNT.
Orders sent by Express Post will generally arrive the next working day following dispatch. However, orders being delivered to country areas may take two or more working days to arive.
After order placement, you will be contacted by SPACETIME with a confirmation receipt and then again upon order dispatch.
